Difficult experiences
Make room for difficult thoughts and feelings without being defined or overtaken by them.

Nondual therapy & experiential inquiry
Nondual therapy is a compassionate space to discover the truth in your patterns of suffering. We meet experience as it is and give difficult parts room to be heard and integrated.
A place to begin
Nondual insight may bring a glimpse of reality’s wholeness, yet places of suffering can still seem to stand outside it. In nondual therapy, patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving and relating are met not as obstacles to wholeness, but as expressions of it. Seeing this can ease inner conflict and transform our relationship with what is here.
Make room for difficult thoughts and feelings without being defined or overtaken by them.
Understand what an old strategy protected and what you need now.
Identify a next step when familiar solutions have stopped helping.
Relate nondual insight to bodily experience and ordinary life.
The whole
of experience.
How I work
Nondual therapy is a collaborative inquiry: adapted to your needs, relational and rooted in direct experience.
Read about my approachNon-duality is about moving beyond binary (either/or) thinking. It isn’t simply about finding the grey area, but about letting go of how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world in general, and shifting to a whole different way of looking at things.
In doing so, we evaluate less from a place of separation (this vs that, etc.) and therefore of limitation and fear, and instead from wholeness, a different dimension altogether where dualistic frameworks don’t apply, in which we find freedom and new possibilities.
Client experience
“Before working with Nic, I spent ten years lost in my thoughts, with a lot of internal noise. I now feel more connected to the world, as if something has shifted.”
